SupportLoginOur UK based services are fully owned, managed and operated by our own staff. We do not lease or rent any hardware from third party providers to ensure we can maintain the highest quality of service and provision the best hardware for our customers. We operate from an N+1 datacenter to ensure the highest levels of uptime and availability.
From the rackmounts to servers, switches routers and PDUs, all of the equipment we use is 100% owned by us. We do not lease or rent any hardware from other parties. Any device or hardware critical to our operation has a stand-by duplicate available at all times to ensure a minimum of downtime should there be any faults.
We operate multiple feeds in our cages to ensure consistent availablity and connectivity. Using a blend of providers ensures we can remain online even with one provider suffering an outage.
We operate from an N+1 facility. What does this mean? It means for every device critical to the operation of the facility, there is another in place to take over the load should a fault or problem develop from power supply to cooling, fire suppressing and connectivity.
